OR
Option 2 (Slightly Challenging hike up a hill)
Depart after an early breakfast for a fantastic trek into the Banasura range, part of the mighty Western Ghats. The drive to the trek start point takes about an hour. The initial portion of the hike is through plantations, which then opens out into the grasslands. We will have a packed lunch and take a break at Frog Rock, which offers beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. The return trail makes its way through shola thickets and in the right season, offers a secluded pretty waterfall, just perfect for splashing around. More details at https://muddyboots.in/trails/the-wayanad-highlands/hiking/rambles-at-the-demons-feet-2/. Return to the resort by early evening
After breakfast, drive to a 150 acre spice plantation for an escorted walk through the estate. This is a fascinating walk which will introduce you to a variety of flora and fauna, including coffee, pepper, cardamom, ginger, lemongrass etc.
We can arrange lunch at the resort sited within the plantation. Post lunch, you can visit the nearby tea museum before enjoying a ride on our 450m long Zipline.
You may wish to schedule an Ayurveda massage before you have breakfast and checkout.
