If it becomes necessary to cancel your tour, you must notify MuddyBoots Vacations India LLP, by email at [email protected], immediately in writing. Once we receive your notice, cancellation will take effect. Please note that the following charges will apply to cancellation:

• Cancellation/Reschedule more than 30 days in advance: 75% refund or carry-forward of paid amount
• Cancellation/Reschedule within 16 – 30 days: 50% refund or carry-forward of paid amount
• Cancellation/Reschedule within 15 days or less: No refund or carry-forward of paid amount
